2. Identify evaluation goals and objectives: I will work with the Principal to identify the specific goals and objectives of the curriculum evaluation. These may include assessing student learning outcomes, evaluating the effectiveness of instructional strategies, or determining the alignment of the curriculum with state and national standards.
3. Select evaluation methods: I will select appropriate evaluation methods based on the goals and objectives of the evaluation. These may include student assessments, teacher observations, focus group interviews, and surveys.
4. Collect data: I will collect data using the selected evaluation methods. This may include administering assessments to students, observing teachers in the classroom, conducting focus group interviews with teachers and students, and distributing surveys to parents and community members.
5. Analyze data: I will analyze the data collected and use it to make informed conclusions and recommendations.
6. Report findings: I will prepare a written report of my findings and recommendations. This report will be shared with the Principal and relevant school staff, as well as any other stakeholders who were involved in the evaluation.
7. Implement recommendations: Based on the findings and recommendations of the evaluation, I will work with the school staff to implement any necessary changes to the curriculum.
8. Monitor progress: I will work with the school staff to monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of any changes that were made to the curriculum.
